You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. It is necessary to clearly indicate that you are exercising your right of withdrawal and to phrase this explicitly.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us within the EU), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Exception for non-EU countries: In this case, any paid or calculated shipping fees or other costs incurred during the original outbound delivery will not be refunded in the event of a return.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This also includes ensuring proper return shipment to avoid delays or complications. Any forms required for the return shipment (e.g. customs declaration forms for non-EU countries) must be completed in advance by you and properly attached. You may reuse the documents from the original outbound shipment if available. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee to cover customs clearance costs caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation, in order to avoid additional costs, delays, or the return of the package to the sender. The amount of this fee depends on the customs location and the time required for processing.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
